Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Bulimia Nervosa: The Cognitive-Behavioral Solution

Welcome to CBT4BN!
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Bulimia Nervosa (CBT4BN) is a research program funded by the National Institute of Mental Health and run by the UNC Eating Disorders Program and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. The study aims to compare two forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT4BN), the standard, evidence-based treatment for bulimia nervosa: face-to-face therapy, and online therapy delivered over the internet via www.cbt4bn.org, in hopes that the use of internet-based therapy will increase the availability and accessibility of evidence-based therapy for eating disorders.
