Sara Hofmeier,MS,LPC, NCC

Sara Hofmeier, MS, LPC, NCC is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Eating Disorders Program in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is currently completing her PhD in Counseling at UNCG. Sara completed three years of clinical and research training with the UNC Eating Disorders Program prior to beginning as a faculty member in 2010. Sara coordinates multiple clinical trials and other research projects within the program and also conducts both individual and family therapy in our outpatient clinic.
